A little tough love today.

If you have time to scroll through social media and feel sorry for yourself, then you have time to meditate, write in your journal, create goals, and do something to better yourself.

We’ve all been there. Mindlessly scrolling, comparing, and letting self-pity creep in. It’s not serving you, my friend.

Think for a moment. How many times have you said, “I don’t have time to _______________” in the last week?

I don’t have time to go to the gym.
I don’t have time to write that blog.
I don’t have time to send that email.
I don’t have time to host that live call.

The list is endless.

Let’s just admit it. You have time; you just aren’t using it in a way that serves you.

Listen, I get it. We can all fall into this trap. But this is your wake-up call. Stop scrolling and build better habits. You got this.
