So, we’ve officially wrapped up the first working week of the new year. It’s a great time to pause and ask ourselves – where are we at?

Some of us might have kicked off with a bang, full of energy and motivation, diving headfirst into our goals and plans. The new year brought a burst of fresh enthusiasm, and you’ve been riding that wave, checking things off your to-do list and setting the pace for the months ahead.

Then there are those of us who might have had a more… let’s say, ‘graceful’ entry into the new year. Maybe it felt like tumbling into the year rather than walking confidently into it. If your start was more of a stumble than a sprint, that’s totally okay. The truth is, not every new beginning has to be explosive. Sometimes, they’re quiet, cautious, and gradual.

And of course, there might be a few of us still standing at the starting line, trying to figure out the direction we want to take this year. The roadmap isn’t quite clear yet, and that’s alright. Finding your path can take time, and it’s important not to rush the process.

No matter how you started the year, remember this: there is no ‘right’ way to begin. Whether you started with a bang, a stumble, or a pause, what matters most is that you are on your journey, moving at the pace that’s right for you.

If you began with boundless energy, harness it. Use this momentum to establish strong habits that will carry you through the year. But also remember, it’s a marathon, not a sprint – pace yourself to maintain that energy.

For those who are taking tentative steps, remember that every big journey begins with small steps. There’s wisdom in cautious beginnings; they allow you to gather your thoughts, set your intentions, and move forward with clarity.

And if you’re still figuring things out, that’s more than okay. This time of reflection is valuable. It’s in these moments of contemplation that we often find our deepest insights and most profound goals. Give yourself the grace to explore your thoughts and desires without pressure.

This first week is just a tiny fraction of the year. There’s plenty of time to adjust, to speed up or slow down, to recalibrate your goals, and to redefine your journey. The beauty of a new year is not just in its beginning but in the opportunities it presents throughout its course.

So, take a moment to reflect: Where are you at after this first week? Whatever your answer, accept it, embrace it, and use it as your starting point for the journey ahead. Here’s to a year of growth, learning, and becoming, no matter how you start or the pace you choose to go.

As for me, I am feeling amazing! The foundation I laid toward the end of last year with habits and systems for success has really set me up for a powerful start. Each habit I formed and every system I put into place was a step toward where I am now and where I aim to be by the end of this year.

Let’s talk about my goals. They are ambitious, yes, but they are fueled by a deep sense of purpose and clarity.

I’ve just completed writing my book! Now, I’m working on transforming the dream of publishing a New York Times Best Seller into a reality.

Hosting a Top 5 Podcast is another milestone I’m striving for. I believe in the power of sharing, and I’m putting my all into creating content that resonates and changes lives. I’m taking a big step in my journey by rebranding my podcast from ‘Shop Talk’ to ‘Your Marketing Coach.’ This change isn’t just about a new name; it’s about a renewed commitment to share valuable insights. I’m excited to offer all my best marketing and sales strategies completely free!

Becoming a Professional Speaker is about stepping out of my comfort zone and sharing my journey and insights on a bigger stage. It’s about connecting with people, sharing experiences, and growing together.

Welcoming 208 Extraordinary Entrepreneur Members into our program is about building a community, a space where like-minded individuals can learn, grow, and succeed together. Each member is a vital part of this journey, and I am committed to ensuring they find value and transformation.

And then there’s the personal goal of losing 107lbs by December 31, 2024. This is more than a fitness goal; it’s a commitment to my health and well-being, to showing up as the best version of myself.

These goals might seem big, and they are, but my determination is even bigger. I’m ready to embrace each challenge, to celebrate every small victory, and to keep pushing forward, no matter what. This year is about transformation, growth, and achieving what once seemed beyond reach.

So, here’s to a year of relentless pursuit, unwavering focus, and extraordinary achievements.
